About the Journal

The scope of Journal of Vocational Studies covers research articles, conceptual studies, and applied studies in the following fields:

  • Animation (animation studies, game studies, animated film design, game development, interactive media design, game design, asset design, and digital multimedia);

  • Digital Library (digital library, library service innovation, media and digital literacy, information literacy, information science, information management, information accessibility, digital curation and preservation, library management, librarianship, and library-community collaboration);

  • Marketing Management (Product innovation and development; Digital marketing and marketing technology; Entrepreneurship and small business management; Consumer behavior and market research, Digital Ecosystems; Sustainable and ethical, marketing)

  • Accounting (financial accounting, management and cost accounting, accounting information systems and digital accounting, taxation, auditing, budgeting, financial management, and investment);

  • Civil Engineering Technology and Building Maintenance (Research and applied studies related to building construction, water structures, transportation infrastructure, and architecture, including building and property management, water resources engineering, and green building development. The scope also emphasizes innovation, sustainability, and vocational applications in the fields of civil engineering and architecture);

  • Culinary Arts (Research and applied studies related to techniques and methods of traditional and modern food processing, product innovation and development, food safety and hygiene, nutrition and nutritional value, food technology and its applications, as well as quality analysis of food ingredients. Other focuses include studies on taste, texture, and food aesthetics; the influence of cooking methods on nutrient content; the development of healthy recipes and menus; kitchen management and operational standards; local-based food processing; and the cultural and social influences on consumption habits. In addition, the scope also covers the management of ready-to-eat and fast food products, economic and marketing aspects of culinary products, food innovation including the use of natural preservatives, as well as education and training in the field of culinary arts);

  • Fashion Design (fashion design, apparel production, theory and techniques in the fashion and textile industries, garment manufacturing and design, fashion business, socio-cultural studies on fashion, manufacturing technology, and fashion education).
